In the past, when the Japanese made soy sauce or sake, they used durable cotton bags coated with persimmon juice for filtration. The persimmon juice coating repelled insects and enhanced the strength of the fabric.
We recycle these retired sake bags, repurposing them into small shoulder bags that add a touch of tradition and convenience to urban life.
About our recycled project :
One of TAVOAN's goal is to recycle wasted materials from different local industries, and we transform/reuse them in our products.
We believe that through breathing new life into these wasted materials and bringing them back to our daily life always gives more value to use.
